The transformations you can go through when you release, surrender and let go are genuinely phenomenal and healing.
Holding on is very similar to control.
So this begs the question:
"Why do we hold on to something that could be harming our body physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually?"
Who and what are you trying to control when you hold on to something?
Letting go allows you to be open to the infinite possibilities of having more in your life.
Be open to letting go.
Allow yourself to receive more into your life.
Be open to healing and feeling loved.
Open up to trusting the process.
